£50.00 deposit is required with all bookings, unless the holiday is less than 6 weeks away, in that case the whole fee is required ( see rate card) Access to the chalet is from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival.   On the day of leaving you are required to vacate by 10.00 am unless a special arrangement has been made. Well behaved dogs and children are welcome, all breakages are required to be notified to owner, and  paid for. Please close the shutter on leaving. To lock the front door you need to lift the handle. On the seaward windows you need to unlock the key then move the small chrome handle to the down position, reverse the procedure to lock
